Mick holds an MBA from INSEAD (Fontainebleau) and a Masters degree in Engineering from Cambridge University.

CFOAlexis is seasoned professional with over 20 years international finance experience. Previously a Co-Founder/CEO of an ASX listed Energy company and finance professional with significant experience in a number of leading companies. With strong leadership and industry experience, capital raising skills, financial modelling, entrepreneurial initiative, and transactional experience. He commenced his career at PWC and has previously worked at Merrill Lynch and Patersons/Cannacord in equity research covering the Australian energy sector. In addition to this he has a background in institutional banking & finance responsible for the origination and execution of structured finance transactions for Infrastructure, Resources and Energy companies. He has a Bachelor of Commerce and Economics from the University of Adelaide and Chartered Accounting and CFA qualifications.

Daniele a plus de 20 ans d’expérience dans le marketing, les ventes et la R&D en Europe et en Asie. Avant de rejoindre AEM, Daniele était responsable du marketing mondial chez Almatis GmbH et Evonik Industries. Auparavant, Daniele était président de Degussa NTECH en Italie, où il a développé les activités de l’entreprise à l’international avec un fort accent sur l’Asie. Daniele apporte une vaste expérience dans les secteurs des matériaux et de la chimie et possède une solide expérience en matière de lancements de produits réussis pour augmenter les revenus, de développement et d’exécution de stratégies commerciales et de marketing et d’expansion des opérations des services marketing. Il est titulaire d’un doctorat en science des polymères et a suivi une formation commerciale en marketing et finance à la London Business School et à l’Oxford Business School. Daniele est italien de naissance mais a passé une grande partie de sa vie professionnelle en Allemagne et est actuellement basé près de Francfort.
