He is a past Chairman of the Shanghai Chapter of the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China. Mick holds an MBA from  INSEAD (Fontainebleau) and a Masters degree in Engineering from Cambridge University.

Alexis is seasoned professional with over 20 years international finance experience. Previously a Co-Founder/CEO of an ASX listed Energy company and finance professional with significant experience in a number of leading companies. With strong leadership and industry experience, capital raising skills, financial modelling, entrepreneurial initiative, and transactional experience. He commenced his career at PWC and has previously worked at Merrill Lynch and Patersons/Cannacord in equity research covering the Australian energy sector. In addition to this he has a background in institutional banking & finance responsible for the origination and execution of structured finance transactions for Infrastructure, Resources and Energy companies. He has a Bachelor of Commerce and Economics from the University of Adelaide and Chartered Accounting and CFA qualifications.

Stephane holds a Bachelors Degree in Industrial Relations from Laval University in Quebec City, Canada.

Daniele has over 20 years of experience in Marketing, Sales and R&D in Europe and Asia. Before joining AEM, Daniele was Head of Global Marketing at Almatis GmbH and Evonik Industries. Previously, Daniele was President of Degussa NTECH in Italy, where he expanded the company’s business internationally with a strong focus on Asia. Daniele brings extensive experience across the materials and chemical sectors and has a strong track record of successful product launches to increase revenues, developing and executing commercial and marketing strategies and expanding operations of marketing departments. He holds a PhD in Polymer Science and has business education in Marketing and Finance from the London Business School and Oxford Business School. Daniele is Italian by birth but has spent much of his working life in Germany and currently is based near Frankfurt.

Since 2019, she has served as a Member of the Hydrometallurgy Committee of The Metallurgy and Materials Society (MetSoc) of The Canadian Institute of Mining (CIM), focusing on the principles and practice of metals extraction from ores or concentrates, and their subsequent transformation into usable forms.
